Privacy Policy

Nordic Bears Exteriors ("we") operates nordicbears.ca. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book an inspection or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, home address, details of your project, any photos you upload, and how you heard about us. Our site uses analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it.

Why we collect it

To confirm your inspection, prepare your report, mockup and quote, and answer your questions. We don't add you to marketing lists or sell your information.

Who sees it

Nordic Bears and Kelvara Digital, the company that runs our website, phone system and lead tracking on our behalf. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you and to keep records of our work, and no longer than the law allows.

Your rights

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nordicbears.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.
